Food

You don't have to look far for gay restaurants in Pattaya, because the queer-friendly gastronomy is concentrated in the same neighborhoods as the nightlife. The offer is densest in the Jomtien Complex, where numerous restaurants and cafés are lined up between the bars, from simple Thai snacks to seated restaurants. At the head of the main street is the Poseidon, a fish restaurant that tends to go in the direction of upscale food. During the day, the cafés here are quiet meeting places. In the evening, the tables fill up before the bar program begins.

Boyztown and Sunee Plaza also alternate bars and eateries, so you can easily combine eating and going out. If you spend the day at Gay Beach in Jomtien, you will be served food and drinks on the loungers directly on the beach, from snacks to complete dishes. In general, the selection in Pattaya is wide-ranging: Thai cuisine dominates, but there is also a lot of international gastronomy for the predominantly foreign audience. Reservations are rarely necessary outside the high season. Depending on the location and requirements, prices range from very cheap in the food stalls to European level in the tourist restaurants along Beach Road.
