Gay-Travel.net is part of a small network of websites for the queer community that we have been running since 2007. It all began with a single list of Pride and CSD dates. That list slowly turned into a family of sites, each with its own focus but the same idea behind it: make queer life visible and easy to find.

For every destination you get the best time to travel, tips on the local scene and an honest read on safety and the legal situation, drawing on traceable sources such as the Spartacus Gay Travel Index and ILGA.

How we work
We are a directory and a magazine, not an organiser or an agency. We maintain the content ourselves and keep it current. When we recommend something, it is because we mean it, not because someone paid for the spot. Many of the sites exist in German, English and Spanish, so people in different countries can read along.
