Gay attractions in Tel Aviv are not so much individual monuments as places where the queer life of the city becomes visible. The most important is the Hilton Beach in the north, below the hotel of the same name, which has been a meeting place for the LGBT community for decades and the social center par excellence in summer. If you want to explore the scene on foot, walk through the area around Dizengoff, Shenkin and Rothschild Boulevard and on to alternative Florentin with its street art.

Israel plays a special role in the region, and Tel Aviv is considered the most open city far and wide. This shapes the climate and makes the stay relaxed for queer travelers. The highlight of the year is Tel Aviv Pride in June, one of the largest queer events outside of Europe and North America. The big parade traditionally ends on the beach and attracts well over 200,000 people, and in 2026 it will take place on Friday, June 12. Around the parade, there is a whole Pride week with parties and events spread across the city. Away from it, it is also worth taking a look at Yafo, the old port city in the south, which has now grown together with Tel Aviv. The following places and events will take you to the most important stations.
