The Whistler Festival brings winter sports and queer party culture together. For one week, Canada's world-class ski resort of Whistler Blackcomb becomes the meeting place for the community: slopes and group rides during the day, après-ski, shows and parties in the evening.

You can take part at any level - from beginner courses to challenging descents. For many, it's a rare chance to experience community feeling and snow in one trip.

What to expect

Guided ski and snowboard groups

Every day, free groups with volunteer guides set off, from the green slope to the expert area. This way you get to know the other guests on the first morning.

Après and evening program

After skiing, it's off to the après, followed by T-dances, comedy, a pool party and finally the snowball at the Whistler Conference Centre.

Charity ski race and ski parade

The charity race and the parade on skis show the week on the mountain. In addition, there is a parade and community day in the village.

Whistler Pride EATS

Restaurants in the village make their own offers for the festival week. The organizers advise to reserve early.
