With space for around 700 guests, the Azamara Quest is one of the smaller ships in the classic offshore segment – commissioned over two decades ago, rebuilt several times since then and is now part of Azamara's boutique fleet, which focuses on long port layovers and unusual routes away from the big destinations.

Because this choice of route is also suitable for smaller charter trips, the operator Olivia, which specializes in lesbian travelers, resorted to it: He chartered the Azamara Quest for an eight-day trip through the Norwegian fjords, departing from Copenhagen, Denmark.
